You understand and acknowledge that as you have agreed a conditional auction sale, then you, as the Seller and Buyer, shall be legally obliged to enter into a reservation agreement and shall complete within 56 working days of the end of the auction.

If the reserve is met or exceeded and the auction timer reaches zero, an exclusivity period begins in relation to that property.
